100th Anniversary Documentary
The Rockefeller foundation commissioned this documentary to celebrate its 100th anniversary. The film profiles the various ways that philanthropy has changed the world over this past century and this video is an excerpt from it which Jared directed in the Czech Republic. Executive Producer Spencer Kehe, from Concept Farm, had a great vision for this project and the Rockefeller Foundation was thrilled with the result.
Captive Beauty - Trailer
Captive Beauty is a feature-length documentary from director Jared Goodman about four female inmates raised on the streets of Medellin, Colombia. Jailed for murder, kidnapping, revolution, and con-artistry, these women are brought together by a surreal beauty pageant held inside the prison walls. Combining intimate pageant footage from inside the prison, with home videos, family photos, and provocative interviews with their friends, families, and enemies, Captive Beauty brings these women's stories to life. It is a tale both universal and entirely unique, sexy and brutal, where themes of innocence and femininity are turned on their heads and the criminal, for a day, becomes a queen.

This feature-length documentary was directed by Jared Goodman and created for ESPN Deportes. The film features superstars David Ortiz and Vladimir Guerrero but its real focus is on the young Dominican players who dream of making it to the Big Leagues like their heroes. It's a Hoop Dreams-like story that CBS's Dan Roche called "a must-have film if you are a fan of baseball."

Director Jared Goodman and the talented team at Concept Farm have created a boatload of content for Univisíon to announce their newest venture: a 24/7 sports network! Shot over three weeks in Miami, New York and LA, we filmed the most authentic Latino sports fans celebrating their teams in all their glory.
Jared had a blast working with the Everlys for this Aruba Tourism video. The campaign was created by Concept Farm and a special mention goes out to Creative Director, Greg Wasiak. The campaign won a Effie award in 2014.

This spot introduces a brand new concept to sports fanatics - you can now coach and manage your very own soccer team! Make substitutions, decide which jersey your team will wear or even give a bonus to your favorite player. The results are then tallied up and the decisions will be made on the field. It is the world's first interactive sports team and this commercial explains how you can be a part of it. A special thanks to creative director, Ricardo Trejo, for developing a really fun way to show off this amazing new technology in sports.
Jared is extremely happy to have helped produce this fantastic documentary for ESPN's 30 for 30 series. The film is about Yankee pitcher, Orlando "El Duque" Hernandez, and his brother's escape from Cuba in the 1990's. The film then follows their subsequent success in the Major Leagues. This project is a CineMar production and is directed by a truly talented filmmaker, Mario Diaz

John Gellos, creative director, came up with this great tongue-in-cheek concept and it was a blast to make. We shot in a small town outside of Houston, and for some reason we don't think they'll be inviting us back next year to celebrate "Cable Rate Hike Month." See for yourself!
